Crimson Scarlet were renowned for the quality of their live performance.

Gig review excerpts:

  • The last song of the set, as has become customary at Crimson Scarlet gigs, was Tears Began To Bleed, and what a superb rendition this was.
  • The Crimson Scarlet sound has always been good, but they found something extra at the Towler and put in a quite superb performance that had their new fans queuing for CD's to be signed.
  • The closing set was so impressive that the crowd were cheering for more, and were satisfied once again when they agreed to play ‘Oxygen’ for a second time. The crowd still cheering for more, the band finally left the stage after making a lot of brand new followers!
  • The music immediately drew the audience in, with a clear message that this band is genuinely different. As well as knowing the key to creating melodies, their emotions are genuine, their lyrics tell a story, while their instruments create the mood.
